I see a blank screen
Quick fixes when nothing loads.
Hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R), then clear cache. Try an incognito window to rule out extensions. If it persists, send us your browser console output via the contact form.

Triage in order
Run these in order — each step rules out a class of cause.
- Hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) / Ctrl+Shift+R (Win)
- Open in an incognito/private window
- Disable browser extensions one at a time
- Try a different browser

Sending logs
Open the JavaScript console (Chrome: Cmd/Ctrl+Opt/Alt+J), copy any red error lines, and paste them into a bug report along with the URL and what you were doing.
