My clip upload failed
Common upload issues and fixes.
Most upload failures come from file size (keep under 200MB), format (use MP4 H.264), or a flaky connection. Retry on a stable WiFi network. If it still fails, attach the clip to a bug report.

Check the file
Open your clip in any video player and confirm: under 200MB, MP4 container, H.264 codec, AAC audio. Files outside those specs fail server-side validation. Re-export from your editor with those settings if needed.

Check the connection
Uploads need a stable connection. Cellular often drops out partway through and the upload restarts from zero. Switch to WiFi for anything over 50MB.
💡 Tip
Resumable uploads are coming in a future Beta. For now, stable connection wins.
