I didn't get an event reminder
Make sure reminders reach you.
Check Settings → Notifications and confirm Event Reminders is on for email or push. Add no-reply@earthfamilystudio.com to your contacts so reminders don't land in spam.
Verify your settings
Settings → Notifications → Event Reminders. Confirm at least one channel (email or push) is on. If both were off, you wouldn't have received anything.
Check spam and confirm RSVP
Search your spam folder for 'earthfamilystudio'. Add no-reply@earthfamilystudio.com to your contacts to prevent future filtering. Then double-check the event page — your name should appear in the RSVP list. If it doesn't, your RSVP didn't save and that's why no reminder went out.
Three no-shows in 30 days disable tournament RSVPs for two weeks — make sure you weren't auto-disabled.
